- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of the furniture. We provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Every cleaning includes vacuuming, pre-treatment, deep extraction. We occasionally offer discounts for multiple pieces or repeat customers. Since we use only eco-friendly and residue-free products, customers receive both quality and safety in every service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking about their furniture type, fabric, and specific concerns such as stains, odors, or allergies. Based on that, we provide a clear estimate and explain our cleaning process step by step. On the day of service, we inspect the furniture, apply an eco-safe pre-treatment, gently agitate the fabric to lift dirt, then rinse and extract the solution using professional-grade equipment. Before leaving, we check the results with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is based on industry best practices for upholstery and fabric care. I’ve completed courses on fabric identification, stain treatment, and pH-balanced cleaning from recognized industry resources. We also keep up to date with the latest eco-friendly cleaning technologies and maintain strict safety standards to protect both the furniture and the indoor environment of our clients.
