I am focusing on all over flexibility and strength of the individual while teaching a variety of easy to follow poses/ asanas. Teaching how to connect the movements to the breath and tap into the will that gracefully make changes in the body and mind. I lead you to find yourself settled into your body and de stress in it. Sealing the practice every time with a mantra.
I love the smiles and the will that the practice brings out of my students.

Noemi is an excellent teacher. She offers focus and direction during each session that is very carefully calibrated based on your body's current flexibility that day as well as overall flexibility or stretching goals. Highly recommend her services.

Noemi is a talented, insightful yoga instructor. I did a semi/private group class with two other people, where she tailored the session to suit our abilities, ensuring we each had a great workout, without over doing it! Her instructing style is clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend her!

Noemi is a wonderful human being. She is extremely smart and dedicated at what she does. I had a serious back injury and I needed help, a lot of places denied me because of the type of injury I endured. Noemi dedicated her time to help me make a full recovery and gain my range of motion back. The setting and just the whole vibe is amazing! After going to her Yoga classes I don't want to stop. She is a great Yoga instructor and will definitely teach you many things! I am blessed to experience her Yoga classes, it really helped bring my life back together. Anyone looking to improve their body, start with Noemi's Yoga class. Thank you Noemi!

Noemi came to my home for a private yoga session, and it was a truly excellent experience. She explained all the positions very thoroughly, as well as explaining the spiritual aspect of each pose. She has a very loving and gentle energy. I looking forward to sessions with her.

I don't even know where to start! Noemi is such a wonderful yoga teacher with real passion and knowledge! I had many yoga sessions with her and she knows exactly how to push all of her students gently beyond their comfort zone that allows the body to rejuvenate itself within each pose. I highly recommend her classes!!!
