Hello. I'd like to take the time to thank Gold Coast computer services for providing my office with excellent IT support. As a small company, we cant afford to have a full time IT person. After using 2 different companies for our it support, we came across Gold Coast. Since day 1, they have provided us with timely and effective it services. We also like the fact that they're local, we have an office in thousand oaks as well as Simi Valley and they also show up quickly when needed. Thank you Gold Coast!

I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but I think Thousand Oaks has a gem with gold coast computer. I scheduled an appointment with the tech and he showed up on time. Several of our users were unable to print and the tech from gold coast was able to get everyone back to normal in a pretty short time. He was very friendly and the price was very fair. They saved us from a hectic day. Thanks gold coast computer.

Hello, I'm the office manager for a local food distribution company and wanted to give a big thank you to Gold Coast Computer. Our business is located in Simi Valley and we recently hired Gold Coast to be out computer support company.Murphys law, on one of the worst days possible, our server wasn't allowing access, so we called Gold Coast and they arrived 1 hr after the call was made. I don't know what the problem or the fix was, but it was working again by the time the technician left. HE was on siet for about 1.5 hours and basically saved the day. THANK YOU!!

We run a small business here in Simi Valley. We've had Gold Coast come out for computer repairs several times in the past, but this time our whole network was down and the server could not be accessed. We called gold coast and the technician diagnosed the issue and had it fixed pretty quick. HE also advised us that it would be wise to sign up for their managed services which means that they take care of all our IT needs for a monthly fee. After talking it over with the owner it seemed like a smart thing to do. Gold coast takes care of our IT issues and we haven't had a problem since
