Scott and his team removed a large pond which included a lot of concrete and huge rocks. The entire process was flawless. His team kept the site, as well as the driveway and street, clean as they went. In just 2 days, the finished area was immaculate! FIVE STARS.

Our pool demolition project went so smoothly, thanks to Scott and his team. We interviewed several contractors and decided on Scott for the following reasons; he is local (Ventura Cty, and Simi in particular) - he has a lot of experience dealing with city regulations; he made us feel comfortable that he can do the job right; his price was very reasonable. The project, once the permits were approved, was completed in just a few days. Scott was very good in communicating the progress to us. He kept within the project estimate and any additional and for any unforeseen expenses, and he made sure we are aware of the reason and we are on board with any changes. Overall, we are so happy with the work Scott did.
