The first day, they laid paper down from front door to bathroom so that the house stayed free of dirt and dust. Each morning, the crew arrived promptly and quietly went to work - demolishing, dry walling, tiling, plastering, painting, installing - and cleaning up at the end of the day. Each day, Joe stopped by to check on progress in order to ensure that we were happy. We are thrilled with the results! Family and friends complement us on our new Spa/Retreat/Bathroom. Avi and his team's responsiveness and excellent work impressed us so much that we brought them back for several other projects. They installed a new iron fence, walkway with pavers and post lighting, a new irrigation system, and painted our house. Overall, we're very happy with the results and would recommend H.I.C Builders. While there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, Avi was always attentive and worked to ensure our satisfaction."See more

They were very thorough throughout the entire process creating the plans, structural engineering and architecture all the way to getting the permits. Once we started the project we had a very precise schedule for each week and milestones. They finished the project ahead of schedule and beyond my expectations! I didn't realize the different licenses contractors should have and they have a General contractor license as well as pools which is very important. There pricing was extremely competitive as well.
