What didn't we like is better question! This was our first time using Roadrunner and we were most impressed with their professionalism. We had a complex move that required a bunch of different moving parts and they were able to accommodate everything. They were efficient, fast, great problem solvers and very friendly the entire time. We will be using them ever move going forward. Lastly I would like to mention that we trusted them which is a big deal when you let strangers in your home :)

Hired Roadrunner Movers via Thumbtack to help move things out of my storage pod and into my new apartment in Marina Del Rey. They made great time on getting things moved into my unit despite the Pod being a decent walk from the elevators. They didn't damage anything they moved in and did a great job in terms of helping me unpack my furniture and remove all of the extra tape/cardboard/wrapping papers. Thanks guys!

Our move could not have gone any smoother. My wife and I had to move over 1400 miles from Los Angeles, CA to Austin, TX. The price that Jason quoted me at the way beginning is exactly the same as the amount that I paid at the end. Everything got there without so much as a scratch including some expensive desktop computers, computer monitors, big screen tv, glass bookshelf, and my car (hitched to the back of the truck). I've never seen any other moving company wrap things up so nicely. By the time my stuff was placed into the truck, you could just tell it wasn't going to get a scratch. Jason was very responsive. He always answered my phone calls immediately, even if he was in the middle of something. John, who drove the truck all the way here, was also very easy to get in touch with. He kept us updated so that we always knew where the truck was and how far away everything was. Did I mention that they did this entire move in less than two days from start to finish? What it comes down to is that Jason really cares about providing a high quality service. The people he hires reflect that as well. These are a group of genuinely nice people and they're incredibly hard working.
