- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most efficient way to get an accurate estimate and plan of action is to meet one of our Critters in person. We can do a walk through of the residence, take accurate notes and form a plan of action to successfully organize your home as well as a plan of action to keep it organized!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the packing, unpacking and moving industry for a few years. Throughout the process of meeting with our clients to get them moved from one location to another, we found that home organizing was a missing piece in many homes. Not by any fault of the client, but it was clear. Our clients are being forced to choose between spending their extra time with their families, or organizing, etc. Not a fun decision to make
