Calling all first time buyers with a VA loan to call Alba TODAY!!!!!We all heard how complicated it is to purchase a house during this pandemic especially if you need a VA loan!!! But thank God I crossed Alba's path while looking to visit a few houses on Zillow.In less than 10 minutes after emailing a few realtors on Zillow, Alba called me, introduced herself and directly made me feel like I was talking to someone I knew!Alba from Kelly Evans and Associates was amazing since day ONE! We made some visits the same week, she is very experienced, responsive, communicative, always respond to her phone and text messages RIGHT AWAY!!! And she was okay with us needing a VA loan RIGHT AWAY!She said that she actually had some clients who needed VA loan before and that she will treat us the same as any other clients this was absolutely no problem or challenge for her!!And in fact!! Just after visiting about 6-8 houses we found the perfect house for our budget and, we got approved!!!! Just because Alba recommended me to write a letter about my experience as a French immigrant and my husband being a Veteran. Alba really listened to us and knew exactly our situation because she is very easy to talk to!! I can today say I have a friend! And, because of Alba expertise and contacts the owners got our letter and decided to accept our offer even if they had other higher offers! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS??? I am and will always be FOREVER GRATEFUL to Alba and Kelly Evans and Associates.The whole experience with Alba, Colleen and Kelly was AMAZING!Everything went so quick and STRESS-FREE!!Alba made all of this happened and my husband and I are going to get the keys to the future chapter of our life in our first house in 2 DAYS!!Thank you Alba, thank you to the team! Kelly Evans has been a rockstar in helping me search, find, and buy my home in Simi Valley. When I was searching, she would meet me at a drop of a hat to show me a property. This happened over and over! She was always informed on property details on each on each house. Kelly made the buying process extremely easy. She was with me at every step of the process.Its been officially 1 year since we have loved in the new house and only is Kelly and incredible professional, she is also a wonderful friend. When my puppy had knee surgery, she brought over a giant meal for my husband and I and treats for our dog! She has also dropped off endless holiday treats to our door and continues to be present in our lives (even after our sale ended). Thank you for all your hard work!I would recommend Kelly to ANYONE.

Where do I even begin? We met Kelly with barely a plan to sell our home but knew the second we met her that it was the right decision and was going to be worth it. She was attentive, dedicated and knowledgeable through the whole process. This stressful process was made totally manageable only because of her. She even becomes part of the family! My 2 kids and even my dog adore her She does so much for the community and has such a kind and generous heart. Her team of girls are just as kind and hard working. Would recommend over and over again!
