- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing is based on several factors, including the size and condition of the tree, the difficulty of the job, access to the work area, and the equipment required to complete the service safely. We provide free estimates with clear, upfront pricing so customers know exactly what to expect before any work begins. At Escalante Tree Service, we believe in honest pricing with no hidden fees. We also offer competitive rates, discounts for larger projects when possible, and flexible scheduling to help meet our customers’ needs. Cleanup and debris removal are discussed in advance so everything is included clearly in the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free on-site estimate where we evaluate the trees, discuss the customer’s goals, and recommend the safest and most cost-effective solution. We explain the scope of work, timeline, and pricing upfront so there are no surprises. Once approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time and arrive fully equipped to complete the job safely and efficiently. Whether it’s tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, or emergency tree service, we focus on protecting the property and leaving the area clean when the work is finished. After the job is completed, we do a final walkthrough with the customer to make sure they are fully satisfied. At Escalante Tree Service, we pride ourselves on reliable communication, professional workmanship, and honest service from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 27 years of combined experience in the tree services industry. We attended an arborist's school to train ourselves and better understand each client's needs regarding their trees.
