I called Ben, and within an hour, we had a plumber over, who fixed the issue and at a fraction of the cost. Ben is also incredibly organized. He pays special attention to detail, which is critical to a successful renovation project. I also really appreciated his years of experience, which have helped him to see around corners, anticipating issues before they happen. I also want to call out how responsive Ben is. I've never had to worry about Ben following up or getting back to me or my wife when we had questions or concerns.
