I was out of town and my tenant couldn’t move the washing machine and didn’t know what a GFIC was. I chose Garcia based on reviews and his $0 call out fee. He moved the machine reset the plug and put the machine back. About 5-10 minutes of work. He then charges me $110.25 but won’t send me an invoice until after I pay and would t tell the scope of work. He refunded $10.25 and said his minimum call out is $100, there were others advertising $50 call out etc. To advertise $0 and then say nothing up front is at best bad business and worst fraud
