Super Cool did a great job with my recent air conditioning repair. I was able to set an appointment for the same day (something I was unable to do with the other bidders), which was greatly appreciated in this killer SoCal heat! I spoke directly with James and he assured me that Super Cool was fully licensed and bonded. The technician came to my home and he was well-mannered and well-dressed. In addition to the repairs, Super Cool performed a thorough maintenance check on my entire unit and system. The technician was knowledgeable and not once did I get the feeling that he was trying to up-sell me or make unnecessary repairs. I will definitely use Super Cool again in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Very satisfied.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were an hour late but they called ahead and let me know that some prior work was still being handled. So I wasn't mad or anything. Helped us work out a financial plan since we didn't have prior maintenance procedures for our A/C unit. They worked very hard and on that day it was very hot so I have great appreciation for what they did. The end result was fantastic. Never has this house felt this cool and clean. I look forward to working with them in the future even if its just for yearly maintenance .

James, came in and saved the day after a very disappointing encounter with another company on this site (noted in his review as well). James not only made my job easier as a property manager with many tenants but he coordinated the everything meticulously on an install of a new heat Pump unit in a downtown loft. Very professional and easy to work with.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Super Cool uses a flat rate pricing system. Our technicians carry a price book with them at all times so that our customers can view our prices with our technicians.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You get what you pay for. When you inquire about an HVAC company's services, ask them if they are licensed, bonded, and insured. Ask what sort of labor guarantees they offer. How do you know that they will be around in five years when your system may start to show some wear and need repairs?

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Our line of work is a lot more technical than most people give it credit for. Forcing temperature to be the same throughout a home with very hot temperatures in Southern California can be tricky. Many companies can figure out how to give customers a quick fix; few can figure out how to give customers a good/lasting solution.
