My name is Lauren and I want to take your picture. I’m loud. I laugh, a lot. My favorite word is “obstreperous.” I am an adventurer and athlete, claiming the following to my sports resume: runner, swimmer, cyclist, snowboarder, and sometimes climber. I am a music lover, prolific reader of literature, and traveler. The only bottle of wine I don’t like has the word Merlot on it. I think that guacamole is an all the time food. When I’m not doing athletics, you’ll probably find me on the dance floor. I keep a koozie in every bag. Sarcasm gets you 10 extra points of awesome. I am a traveling wedding and portrait photographer that believes that real moments aren't posed. My photography is rooted in photojournalism and is bright, vibrant, colorful and timeless. I believe that it should be a collaborative effort and that my job is to make you comfortable and have fun and in the end it will show in your photos.
