After looking at a whole lot of photographers in the area, we chose Kelly for her affordable price, natural and bright light photos. Being a newly engaged couple, we were a little nervous and aren’t exactly the photogenic type. But with Kelly being friendly and knowledgeable on photography, she made the whole experience less nerve racking and enjoyable! We told her our interests in backgrounds, and she gave us a few different options. We enjoyed our hike and the views with an awesome sunset.

TJ did a phenomenal job on our engagement photo shoot. He was very responsive beforehand and had great suggestions of locations. On the day of the shoot he made us feel comfortable immediately. He was personable, professional, and well-prepared. He was open to our suggestions and had a ton of his own ideas. TJ spent an hour shooting with us and we honestly and had a blast. Then he got our photos edited very quickly and professionally. We love the photos, they look fantastic - and we were pleasantly surprised at how many photos TJ took the time to edit and send to us. Incredibly nice, accommodating and welcoming which are SO important for engagements and weddings. Him and I worked together on my engagement shoot in South Lake Tahoe. I had no idea where to shoot and Armando had an arsenal of places to choose from. He organized the time, suggested parking and was extremely flexible with our needs. NOT TO MENTION THE PHOTOS ARE AMAZING! Recommend to anyone and everyone for any type of shot.

The weather forecast was not great, but Andy remained attentive, responsive, and flexible the week leading up to ensure we got the best possible day. First, I'll point out that the app only allows me to choose 3 qualities to highlight, but responsiveness was a key to choosing to work with him.
As a tourist looking for someone to photograph a major event (engagement photos), Andy not only helped me find the best place, but the best time of day to get the best shots. Once determined, Andy was in constant contact on the day of the proposal to make sure that everything was in order.
He perfectly captured the moment it happened in a candid nature so that we have all of the memories of the actual moment. On top of that, he stayed with us for over an hour to pose for even better photos that we can use later, even giving us ideas just to make sure we left no stone unturned. I'm pretty sure he would've stayed with us until midnight had we asked.
I cannot recommend him enough for anyone needing professional photos in the Reno/Tahoe area as he will go above and beyond to make sure that you have exactly what you want.

Armando's photography skills are nothing short of amazing - like something out of a magazine. My now fiancé and I were visiting from out of town and throughout the entire planning process, he was extremely helpful. He knew the park like the back of his hands and knew the perfect spots to take pictures. The time and effort he put in to making our session everything we wanted was extremely noticeable. He was also able to capture our engagement while still showcasing the amazing scenery at Skylandia State Park. Armando was personable and made our experience very comfortable! He even kicked over a couple photos of the proposal a few hours after our session so we could share with our loved ones. He really makes sure his clients have a great experience. Well my whole engagement plan went to shit. We got snowed in while in Tahoe, my plan was to walk a trail to the top of a mountain.
We had to postpone the proposal to later that day and was at that point just winging it to whenever the weather got better. AJ was amazing, pretty much cleared his day to be on call for whenever we could get out of the cabin. And to be honest, I would say that’s not even the best quality about AJ, which is crazy. He took amazing photos and an amazing video of the whole day, of all the stresses that I had to go through that day he took 1 worry away.
