Introduction: With my extensive food and beverage background, I can cater to any occasion. I have done catering and worked as a banquet manager, providing plated and buffet function with full bar or just beer and wine. I have overseen setting banquets for 50 to 1,000 people. I have assisted in setting up the food with plating of each entree, from start to finish. I am adept in catering to different types of events; i.e., weddings and business meetings, providing 5-course meals as an example. I have the knowledge of staffing banquet events and sit down functions. I have trained a staff on how to do table and banquet setting. I have the knowledge in how to control the tempo of a catering event. I have also written contracts between the client and caterer.
