Discount for cash payment and minimal invoice details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer to have contact with client to get the scope of the project first. Any projects that are more complex and need to be discussed first, I would prefer to schedule an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of experience working in the building trades. I always follow building codes whether a permit is pulled or not. Most of my experience has been doing finish work. I've also lead small 4-5 person crews that start with an uncleared lot and finish with the owners moving in. I also have a complete woodshop at my home where I can build just about anything you can dream up.
