- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most sessions will be at a flat rate with the option to have additional items added on. Sessions can be customized depending on the event and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the beginning we establish the frame work for whatever photography session we are doing. I will help each client by prepping them for what to prepare for. A contract and invoice is sent out to them to get them booked and we stay in communication until the day of the session or event. After the event takes place, I will send along a few highlights for them to enjoy while they wait for their final image gallery to be delivered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually attend conferences to refresh my photography skills. I am also fortunate to be mentored in my photography to continually grow and expand my education.
