- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a consultation fee of $160/hr. X minimum 2hrs -$320 within 50 mile radius for residential and commercial projects to provide ideas, recommendations, options, site verification, and qualify your project to provide adequate services. This fee includes traveling to and from our office, meeting with you for minimum two hour, verify site conditions, sketch a few ideas, and will provide written estimate on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All potential new and current clients: We are working these days during the pandemic covid 19 with limited capacity. I would be the only one setting up site meetings or skype, zoom, or other technological means to maintain the social distance, and all CDC cautionary means. We have staff members working from their homes via satellite and we meet as minimal as possible to safeguard our health. Please send us your photos hand sketches, site address, to assist us in visualizing your ideas and project. Set up a meeting to verify site conditions, take measurements, draft or sketch ideas, gather clients list of ideas, desires, and provide recommendations, solutions options and verify with local jurisdictions if project meets all requirements for city approvals
