Our studio has been here for 12 years strong, serving the south Pasadena, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Alhambra, San Gabriel Valley areas. We are also located just 4 blocks from the Mission Gold Line stop on the LA metro system.

Dennis Hare is outstanding as both the owner of and teacher at Bikram Yoga South Pasadena. In a challenging practice like Bikram Yoga, having top flight teachers and a supportive environment is essential to starting and then progressing in the discipline. In his own teaching, in bringing other outstanding teachers to the studio, and in creating an atmosphere of openness, supportive expertise and fun, Dennis Hare has made Bikram Yoga South Pasadena a studio where one wants to maintain a regular practice. I look forward to all my visits to the studio.

In my opinion, Dennis Hare is an extremely energetic, friendly, and dedicated, owner/teacher at Bikram Yoga South Pasadena. He is very knowledgeable in the Bikram Yoga practice and encourages both new and longtime members to constantly improve and enjoy the practice. Dennis hires outstanding teachers at the studio. All are enjoyable and encouraging. Under Dennis’s leadership, the studio atmosphere is caring, friendly, and open. The encouraging environment is contagious for those who want to maintain a regular practice.

Dennis is a great owner/instructor at Bikram Yoga South Pasadena. He promotes a welcoming atmosphere and his fellow instructors are truly professional and very helpful. Bikram Yoga is by far the hardest thing I have ever done, but yet I look forward to coming to the studio everyday.

Dennis is not only the owner of the Bikram Yoga South Pasadena studio, he's also a Bikram yoga instructor and practitioner. As the owner, he uses various marketing strategies to promote his classes & launches a series of classes specifies in personal challenge. He is also a great & responsible instructor. He's friendly & humorous personnel makes the boring yoga class fun to take. He also practices Bikram yoga to improve flexibility and stay healthy. Bikram yoga benefits ultra runners like me not just by improved flexibility and stamina, but also prepares me the same mental and physical challenge of long distance running.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The majority of our clients experience Bikram yoga in a class setting with several other students of varying experience, age and body conditions. Some students opt for private lessons which can be offered at select times at the studio or, in some cases, at a client's home. The intention of Bikram yoga is more than fitness. It's a system designed to heal and balance the body with an emphasis on alignment and detoxification. There are many health benefits when a regular practice is maintained.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    At Bikram SouthPas, we adhere to the pure Bikram method as it has been taught for four decades. All of our teachers are certified Bikram method instructors and all classes are the traditional 90 minutes, 26 postures done twice and two breathing exercises.
