- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of our clients experience Bikram yoga in a class setting with several other students of varying experience, age and body conditions. Some students opt for private lessons which can be offered at select times at the studio or, in some cases, at a client's home. The intention of Bikram yoga is more than fitness. It's a system designed to heal and balance the body with an emphasis on alignment and detoxification. There are many health benefits when a regular practice is maintained.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
At Bikram SouthPas, we adhere to the pure Bikram method as it has been taught for four decades. All of our teachers are certified Bikram method instructors and all classes are the traditional 90 minutes, 26 postures done twice and two breathing exercises.
