Andrei did great, fast work! I had some appliances make strange noises and Andrei diagnosed it as an over-pressurized system. He clearly explained the problems, our options, and then installed the equipment we needed. I'll call him again next time I have an issue!

I called Smiling Viking in the afternoon because I had a toilet that was leaking at the base. To my surprise, they happened to have an appointment available that evening. Andrei texted me when he was on the way. He was very professional, he put on shoe covers and had floor coverings for the bathroom. He took the time to show me and explain that the wax ring needed to be replaced. He left everything very clean and it’s as good as new.
