- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you decide to get your insurance involved for the water damage, we will work with them directly and bill them after the work is completed. If you’re paying out of pocket, no worries! We’ll give you a free estimate, so you know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to us, the first step is an on-site assessment. We’ll come to your place, inspect the water damage, and figure out the best way to get things back to normal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have following CSLB licenses: C61/D64 - Water Damage & B1 - General contractor. It means we proved our expertise in these two fields and passed required exams. Plus, all our crew leads are IICRC-certified, so they know the latest and best ways to get your place back in shape.
