- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes. $55 hourly per guy (2 guys minimum per move) 4 hours minimum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I have the customer explain their moving situation. I ask them a couple questions whether they want us to pack or no pack or partially pack for them. If so, I would go take an estimate at their house so they have a better estimate for their move. Secondly, I meet with the person for an estimate. I always try to connect with my clients so they don't have to worry of us doing a bad job. I go through every step of the house to provide a good a estimate for them. If the customer decides to go on with our services I go though every step on how the move will go, which includes how we protect their belongings and house. Thirdly, I send a confirmation email and reminder prior to their move. The day of move we do what customer wants to be done. If we have to charge more or the job takes longer we reassure the clients of additional charges. After move with have clients take a survey to help us provided better service in the future or compliments .
