Monique K. says, "Rachel was absolutely incredible. I booked a private yoga session after a stressful workday, and she created an experience that was completely tailored to what I needed. She listened carefully to the areas where I was experiencing tension and discomfort and designed the session around them. It was restorative, incorporated amazing stretching, and still had the perfect amount of intensity. We practiced outside in her beautiful backyard as the sun went down, and Rachel made the entire setting feel incredibly peaceful, even lighting candles once it became dark. At the end of the session, as the evening cooled, I finished in savasana with a soft blanket and lavender-infused towel. The attention to detail was wonderful. I have difficulty sleeping, especially after stressful days, and that night I fell asleep almost immediately and had an unusually great night of deep sleep. I’ve taken yoga at Bikram studios, Equinox, CorePower, and other studios, and this was honestly the best yoga session I’ve ever had. Rachel is attentive, thoughtful, and exceptionally good at tailoring the practice to the individual. I was only in town temporarily, and my one disappointment is that I can’t book sessions with her every week. If I lived nearby, I absolutely would. I can’t recommend her highly enough!"See more
