I contacted Jacob to replace a leaking water heater and to install a new shower and faucet. Within a few minutes, he responded to my inquiry and we were able to schedule a consultation the following day. Upon thorough inspection, Jacob recommended possible options of replacing individual water heater parts to replacing the heater with a new unit, but it was decided a new water heater would be the better option. I also asked him about the advantages and disadvantages of a traditional water heater versus a tankless water heater. He was extremely patient and informative in comparing the two units, and after making an informed decision, the decision to install a tankless water unit was chosen. Jacob returned, a couple days later and removed the damaged water heater and replaced it with a tankless water heater. My wife was amazed at how clean Jacob maintained his work area and how little space the tankless water heater required His work quality and attention to detail were impeccable. Not only did he replace the water heater, he made sure that the new unit connected seamlessly with a solar water heater system connected to our swimming pool. He came back the following day to ensure no leaks were present and decided to install a part to maintain proper water pressure in the pipes. The installation of the shower unit was a breeze. Choosing Sovereignty Plumbing was a positive experience. Jacob was punctual and courteous. He was in constant contact with me and explained why he was doing certain procedures throughout the installation process. His professionalism and work ethic were greatly appreciated and will use his services again for other plumbing projects. Sovereignty Plumbing is highly recommended!

They installed a tankless water heater for us, upgrading from our previous tank. Efficient install, great team, reasonable cost. They even managed to build a structure for the tankless heater that allowed us to reclaim space for a future linen closet. Highly recommend Jacob and the team!

Jacob was quick and transparent about his work. We have a toilet that needs special parts to fix the leaking. He came over accessed the problem, attempted various fixes and answered our other plumbing related questions as well. He informed us he still need to get the parts needed for fix the issue and will return to resolve it once he has the parts needed. He did all of these work without charging anything yet, I am looking forward to him finishing up the work. So far, he has been nothing but helpful, quick and transparent.
