I was extremely satisfied with Jacob's work and would not hesitate to hire him again for any future plumbing needs. His level of expertise, professionalism, and punctuality truly stood out. I was under a tight deadline before the appliance was to be delivered, and Jacob was able to complete the necessary plumbing and water line installation in a very confined space, allowing me to have access to the closing valve if needed in the future. The task involved opening a wall and then closing it after installing a new water line for the fridge. Jacob's attention to detail and problem-solving skills were truly commendable. Hire him, you will not regret it!

Jacob was quick and transparent about his work. We have a toilet that needs special parts to fix the leaking. He came over accessed the problem, attempted various fixes and answered our other plumbing related questions as well. He informed us he still need to get the parts needed for fix the issue and will return to resolve it once he has the parts needed. He did all of these work without charging anything yet, I am looking forward to him finishing up the work. So far, he has been nothing but helpful, quick and transparent.
