FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
DOG TRAINING- typically a phone call to go over the needs of the customer then go into explaining the course outline and how training even basic obedience can help with other problem areas such as chewing and digging. Usually a customer will start with the puppy/beginner class then graduate to intermediate then advanced. I’ve even had customers repeat classes because they feel they need to or just to keep the dog active and doing fun activities. At this time I offer private classes but with enough people group classes could become available. PET SITTING- starting with a phone call to go over the needs of the customer, if it sounds like a good match then a meet and greet could take place, but it’s not necessary. Most pet parents don’t want to leave their fur babies with someone they’ve never met, and it’s good for the sitters to see where they live, make sure directions are accurate, see where the pets food is kept, how the tv works, hiding spaces the pet may venture to, etc.
