- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've initiated a referral program. For every referral that books a session and completes it, both you and the referral will receive a $50 discount. Please help spread the word!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first would like to speak with you over the phone to get an understanding of what event they would like me to cover. I aim to create the images they envision, while providing my creative touch. If you would like to move forward, I will require a security deposit first (amount depending on the total quote), and that will lock your date into my calendar. The deposit will be credited to your grand total cost at the end. In the end, you will receive fully edited, high resolution digital photos via a link where you can download them onto your computer.
