What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step 2: Upon arrival, I will assess the situation and provide you with an updated quote for labor and parts. Step 3: If you approve the estimate, I will proceed with the work. Step 4: After completing the job, I will collect payment for both labor and parts.
