- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to unknown variables, I can not state prices over the phone. After thorough review of the appliance I then would be able to let you know exactly how much the repair would cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I always offer an in-dept view of the appliance when repairing as well as including our best current discount offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over two decades worth of past experience. On All Major Brands & Models, From Washers, Dryers, Stoves, Fridges & Freezers.
