What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I determine cost per foot, unless the project is very small. Materials are subject to market fluctuations. I run a referral bonus as well, where after you have a project completed and refer a new client, you are awarded a percentage of their project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify the needs. Discuss options. Execute the mission.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a collegiate level of educational theory, and 8 years of field experience.(14 with wood)
