- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several services: Window washing (residential and commercial up to two stories), gutter cleaning, pressure washing, hard water removal. Aside from these I have also been asked to do landscaping, switching out light bulbs and batteries, minor construction, solar panel cleaning....just ask me. Pricing depends on the service and is usually a fixed price. However, bundled services are recommended for a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start off with a free quote over the phone, text, email or in person. Whichever service is needed and if the customer agrees with the price, a time and date is scheduled. Explaining the process on how the service will be performed is always explained as well that way there's no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in business since 2012. Prior to the start of my business I've also worked with three other window washing companies in Lodi, Stockton and Modesto doing both residential and commercial properties. During this time I have learned how to wash windows using older methods to new methods using the latest technology all while developing my people skills. Since then I have combined everything I learned and developed my own style.
