I thoroughly enjoyed Ivo's troubleshooting knowledge and process in fixing our electrical outlet problem. He was methodical and explained to me his troubleshooting steps (which I really appreciated) and fixed the issues within a relatively short period of time. I'm so glad he answered my service call.
