- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are for Basic Labor, any material or additional labor will be at an extra cost that will be discussed and approved prior to completing any additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact customer to gain insight and a better understanding of their project. 2. Setup an initial meeting with the new customer to establish and plan the details of their project. ( Gathering info needed to quote job) 3. Quote job and have feedback for the customer in a timely manner. 4. Upon acceptance of quote initial deposit is established and a start date is given for customers project.
