- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well, just incase you do not understand how it works.... here it is.... I offer to come to your home in a very specific way. For example, day #1, I come out and you tell me what you want done. I do the job, you probably do not feel too comfortable (or maybe you do)... and decide to let it go, because I have advised you that normally on my first cleaning, it may take 2 visits. Therefore, I come back the next day,... and you then tell me exactly what you were not satisfied about, and what I need to do to get it right. After day 2, I will again walk through with you, and you can either let me have it... or tell me... oh, it looks great.. see you next week or month....etc... Ok... so here is the biggee.. I come out the third time, you tell me what you did not like STILL from the second time, this is when I will attempt to do my best... however if it is then, the third time and you still do not feel satisfied... I will give you all of your money back 100% and that is that! You are not responsible for anything... and I will still finish the job. Now, just a little insider point... this has never happened, but I still stand beside my word and will always take pride in my business and in my name. And please do not forget... I also guarantee to beat any and all prices out there... no matter what the price and no matter how big or small the job, because believe you me, I have seen it all!!

Yes absolutely... working every single day is experience in itself... I have yet to stop in 6 years and don't plan on stopping any time soon.
