My prices are up front with all expenses included. No hidden fees. When I give a quote, that's what will be expected when the job is completed.

I introduce my self and ask where the items are to be removed.

Working 15 years in construction, I know exactly what customers want to see as far as demo and junk removal so their projects can be completed on schedule.
