Javier did an excellent job with the Lawn Aeration. Javier explicitly did multiple rounds to ensure that every portion of the Lawn was catered to. My requested service work from Pacific Coast Lawn Maintenance was to have my front and backyard home sprinkler system to be turned-on for the spring/summer activation period and to make sure everything worked properly. Javier went through an assessment of all the sprinkler zones looking for the direction of the spray valves for coverage as well as evaluating if there were any leaks . He determined there were three zone areas that required repairs due to punctures in the lines (we had some electrical work that was done in the early spring to increase our power for the house that required trenching beside the sprinkler system) and was able to make the repairs the same day. Everything worked perfectly thanks to Javier's due diligence and thoroughness. He was punctual, completed all the work the same day (he even had to go to Home Depot for some sprinkler supplies that he didn't have on his truck) and the total cost was very competitive with other service quotes I had received and quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend Pacific Coast and Javier for any future sprinkler system services.

Very professional work. Javier help me fixed seven sprinkler stations he replaced about 10 of them and repaired the rest of them. He knows the work that he’s doing and did a great job. Now I have even what management across my entire lawn and will not have any dry spots through the summer.
