- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years. I've worked with hundreds and hundreds of people from many walks of life. I've had many certifications that enable me to work with a variety of people that have special needs, trying to improve sports performance, rehab movement, lose weight, gain muscle or are just trying to get back into shape to live a healthier lifestyle.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my fitness journey at a young age. In my late teens and early twenties I. discovered the joy of being able to help others while volunteering for the Res Cross. After a while I figured that could combine my passion for fitness and helping people by becoming a certified personal trainer and I've been doing that since early 2000.
