I recently had a computer failure on my main PC here at home. I came back from the Thanksgiving weekend to find that my PC would not boot into Windows. I was basically a fish out of water. I called Right Click Computer Repair on Sunday night and left a message. At 7:30 Monday morning, Irene (the owner) called me and met me 45 minutes later to pick up my computer. It turns out I had all sorts of viruses and malware on my hard drive, even though I had McAfee Anti-Virus running all the time. Apparently, it's not all it's cracked up to be, but that's another story. I also had tons of dust inside the computer case (a result of my dog and cats, no doubt). Before I was done with work that same day, she had my computer back to me. I know there's a lot of "computer experts" here in Stockton, but these folks really know their stuff and their customer service is second to none. Two thumbs up for Right Click! No, I don't have anything to do with their business, and no they did not ask me to post this. I'm just a satisfied customer who appreciates an honest business. There aren't a lot of those left here in Stockton. Thanks for the great service, Irene!

Virus and Malware removal. System upgrades and networking are one of the most common jobs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed. They give you an invoice for the work done never give your computer to someone without one. Ask to see there license.
