We’ve had great service for the last 6 years with Edwin - he does a great job on our front yard and back yard - knows how to keep our lawns nice and green all year long - maintains all of our flowers and bushes very well so they bloom beautifully in the Spring - he makes sure our porch, patios & sidewalk stay clear of dirt & debris after every service - he has great communication & customer service, highly recommend his services!

Edwin reached out to my request on thumbtack to have my front and backyard weeds cleaned up. We set up an appointment for Friday 4/5/24 @ 4pm. He texted me at 3:35pm saying he would be arriving 15 minutes late. He arrived more like 45 minutes late. When he arrived he then decided he would only do the front yard and not the backyard and didn't give reason as to why. So instead of charging $130 for the front and back. He says "how about this I just do the front for $100." I agreed stupidly. Even though that was not the job I requested. And I tipped him $20 at the end of the job. I then made a second appointment with him to have some drought friendly plants that died in the winter to be replanted and a pressure regulator to be installed in my rock and drought resistant landscaped yard. He sets up the appointment for the upcoming Saturday, mind you there is rain in the forecast. So he should've paid attention to that as someone that works outdoors in the landscaping field. He then texts me on Saturday rescheduling due to the rain. Now our 2nd rescheduled appointment is here. Mind you he gave no specific time during scheduling just "after 2pm". It is now 4:30pm so I sent him a text. He then responds saying he is "on the way now from Livermore." Then responds again saying He "lost track of time and needed to reschedule as when he arrives it will be too late to complete the irrigation part by the time he arrives to Oakley." and then tries to reschedule me for another week ahead. No thanks sir, you're unprofessional, not punctual and do not take into consideration my time as a paying customer. I will not be using Edwin any longer.
