FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I kind of feel into it. I worked with a company, got some numbers with them and they disappeared and it was a FRIEND of mine. Then I got involved with another company that wanted me to become a reseller. I was a lot more involved behind the scenes with this company... Then the owner decided to take all the company money and become an actor... I contacted some of the engineers I knew, asked him what it take to get my own business going. He told me and a week later I had my own servers and first customer that was in 2009.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much better true VoIP is vs say Comcast. Comcast claims they are digital, they come out and install a digital to analog box and hook up your old analog phones. You have to pay $29.95 a month per line for every incoming/outbound phone call you want to make at the same time. With us, you don't have to do that. You pay per device and thats it. You could have 20 incoming phone calls and 4 outgoing and your bill would be around $350+- a month with Comcast to do that youd be over $700 a month.
