Andrei was excellent. He showed up at the agreed time, and dealt calmly and efficiently with a messed up Asus mesh system, which is now working perfectly. I could not have fixed the problem without him. He also responded to a follow-up call the next day about login details. All in all, this was a very good experience.

Andrei is a rock star in his field. He diagnosed our problem, made specific suggestions (in our case we needed to upgrade our WiFi hardware) and then installed everything. What was truly impressive is that he stayed to make sure everything in our home was working and tied into the new set up. He troubleshot a few things until everything was operating properly. Andre knows his craft! He clearly explained everything and gave us fantastic advice about how to maximize our current technology and what upgrades we could make if we choose to.
