I had a broken garage door opener, so I bought a new one. After Sunny assembled it, we could see it was too long to fit. I didn't realize that our previous garage door opener was cut custom to fit the garage. So Sunny had to order another part to make the belt fit after being cut, and he had to cut the rail as well. He kept the agreed upon price the same, he just added on the charge for the new part. I appreciated that he didn't try to charge me more for these extra steps that needed to be taken.
