Andy and his partner were fantastic to work with. They arrived right on time, were very communicative throughout the entire process, and completed everything within the number of hours they had originally estimated.
They installed a Murphy bed, hung several floating shelves, and assembled a mechanical standing desk. Everything has been extremely sturdy and well installed. I haven’t once worried about the Murphy bed or shelves pulling away from the wall, and the desk works perfectly.
They were efficient, reliable, and clearly knew what they were doing. Their pricing was also a great value for the quality of the work. I would absolutely hire Andy again and highly recommend him!

Andy was incredible helping me put together this catio! I ordered extra pieces to build a tunnel, and he worked creatively to make everything fit to allow access through the pet door. He did an excellent job keeping my cats safe, and his value for the money was truly unmatched. I’m already asking him to come back to help with the rest of my move. Highly recommend!

Andy completed various open tasks I had in my home: installing a kitchen faucet and shower head, repairing a broken shelf, assembling a storage chest and a table, etc. It was a relief to finally get these tasks done. He was clean and was a fast worker which was good because he was paid by the hour. I would certainly hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends heavily on the quantity. If there are many items, I will certainly offer a discount. It all depends on the number of items and the complexity involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn what the project involves and what exactly needs to be done. Second, I ask when they need it done to confirm my availability. Third, I provide a price, and we discuss it until we find a compromise that works for both sides. Finally, after I complete the work, I show the client, ensure they’re happy with it, and then I receive payment and wrap up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is my main training. I worked in a furniture workshop building furniture from scratch, which helps me assemble pieces quickly and confidently.
