This is my first order here. Big thanks to John who helped me with the Kitchen faucet replacement and he answered my request within five minutes. I thought he was very professional and responsible, and I asked him if he would come and fix it for me for free if there was a leak in the future, and he said of course. He was also very polite and when I let him into my house he asked me if he needed to change into slippers.
