Tracy creates a safe container for people to feel held, seen, heard, and deeply guided. She engages the whole person- body, mind, soul and allows people to open up to themselves, which allows them to feel safe to open up to and with their partner. The healing work goes beyond discussing what is pertinent and relevant/happening in real time with ourselves and our partner- but carries deeper into the layers of the nervous system and sub conscious parts of ourselves; to identify underlying triggers and needs, in order to bring them to light. She is caring, compassionate, attentive, and qualified in so many ways. Her tool belt for healing and guiding has such a vast scope, she is able to provide many through line and in-roads to accessing, mending and building a strong foundation of self love abs autonomy, that informs love for our partners and nurtures the autonomy of the relationship. She is an incredible resource for love, intimacy and growth with ourselves and our partners.

I am a certified Life Coach, Health and Fitness. Reiki Master, Womb healer, certified in Gottman Institute and Imago therapy couples/ relationship coaching .
