- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge lowest pricing on the market : STARTING AT 89$ (TRUCK&Packing&Insurance Included) As a service company we don't charge sales tax. Additionally we don't charge any additional service fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide free estimates over the phone or via text. To get the most accurate estimate we ask that customers submit a photo or video of the items so that we can do our best. Once we arrive we review the items and provide a guaranteed price prior to starting work. This agreement is written out and guarantees we won't change the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our supervisor (Sergei) has 4 years of moving in different states. Our manager (Damir) has bachelor's degree in customer service and marketing. All our movers are trained and qualified to move any thing which you just want to move!
