I kept being pressured to rush my decisions. After submitting my notes three times and offering to hold a Zoom call to finish the mockups, some of my comments were still not taken into account. The attention to details was not there. At the start of works I was told to put a deposit and that it would go towards the final costs of the project. The company was aware that the scope of the project might change. When I finally narrowed down the scope of the project, the company refused to apply my deposit in full to my project for the reasons not communicated to me prior to putting in the deposit. I loved where we were going with the designs, but I did not appreciate the lack of transparency, trying to pressure me into spending more money and lack of attention to details. UPD: I would like to point out that I never confirmed the 4 walls scope of the project. I was told by Jeanine that the deposit will be applied to the FINAL cost of the project as she knew that I am still undecided. She has never received (or asked) my verbal or written consent for the final scope of the project before charging me the deposit. I would also like to mention that there was no “successful” completion of the design phase for which the deposit was paid since lots of my comments were not taken into account and never made it into the final mockups.

HATTAS was a pleasure to work with. They hand-painted several murals on the walls inside our office building. The murals looked exactly as we had hoped they would, and the artists were professional and courteous throughout the entire project.
