- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work hourly with a 3 hour minimum. The rate depends on the size and complexity of the project. I always recommend a quick call or walkthrough first so there are no surprises on either end. No hidden fees, no upselling, just the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation. I want to know what is bothering you about the space and how you use it day to day. Then I do a walkthrough, we agree on a plan, and I get to work. I keep you in the loop the whole time and nothing gets thrown away or moved without your input.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Communication Arts from St. John’s University and I am finishing my Master’s in Design Management and Communications at Georgetown. But honestly most of what I know about organizing came from doing it in real homes, real offices, real spaces.
