Johnny is legitimately a highly professional, punctual, and engaging trainer. He is highly proactive about scheduling appointments, will push you to your max on lifts, and is great to talk to.

Over the last several months of working with Johnny, I have realized significant gains across all my key lifts. My body has changed, with a widening of my shoulders, chest, and back, and a leaning around my waist.

Johnny is fantastic, and I am creating a long term relationship with him. If you’re serious about your health and fitness, he’s the guy.

Johnny is great, I always feel comfortable with him and feel good after our sessions. He works with my schedule whether I have to go to the gym or he has to come to me. I’m making major progress with my body goals and I look forward to working out.
