Greg responded right away to my Thumbtack request. He gave me an honest and reasonable quote based on the number of windows in my house. Greg and Matt arrived on time, had all their own equipment, and did a fantastic job cleaning the windows. They were professional and friendly and knew exactly how to approach the house after an initial survey of the windows. Even my screens and the windowsills look spotless. And their pricing is very fair for how hard they both worked. I’ll use them again anytime I need window cleaning.

Had an awesome experience with Eco Friendz! I have 11 glass windows and doors in my apartment - some of them complicated to dismantle as I'm a few floors above ground - and they did an AMAZING job cleaning the interiors/exteriors/screens/linings. Their work was spotless and I really appreciated their attention to detail. They took their time and didn't rush through the job like some other cleaners I've used. They also offered a very fair price that I don't think can be beat. I'll definitely use them again and am happy to recommend!

We typically charge based of the square footage what needs to be cleaned, but we also offer a first time customer deal which is based on a fixed fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quote setup (in person or online).
2. Setting up a date and time.
3. Meeting at the project are than setting up preparing the surface and the tools for the job.
4. After completion we ask for a quick check for customer satisfaction.
5. Discuss a payment method that convenient and works for the customer.
6. Optional online review after completed job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has undergone extensive training in pressure washing techniques, safety procedures, and customer service. We are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices. In addition, we regularly participate in industry workshops and seminars to further enhance our skills and knowledge.
